About the Role

Action Property Management is seeking a part-time Front Desk Associate to join our team at the luxury One Mission Bay association in San Francisco. This 16-hour per week position involves delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining the front desk operations for resident satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

→Represent Action Property Management and the Association with 5-star customer service
→Maintain the appearance of the front desk area, lobby, and main elevators
→Monitor lobby activity and maintain access control
→Provide concierge services and complete Daily Activity Reports
→Answer and direct incoming phone calls, and receive/distribute resident parcels
→Address resident and guest concerns and questions
→Demonstrate strong understanding of the association's governing documents

Requirements

✓Must be over 18 years old and pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
✓At least 6 months of customer service experience
✓Hospitality, luxury retail, or fine dining experience preferred
✓Hospitality Management college students or recent graduates highly desired
✓Polished and professional appearance and demeanor
✓Upbeat and positive team player attitude
✓Strong judgment and solutions-oriented approach
