About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team at K+S Services. This role focuses on providing comprehensive customer service and sales support for industrial repair services.
Key Responsibilities
- →Create new orders in internal systems as required
- →Handle initial quotes, process approvals, shippers and invoice requests according to priority
- →Ensure all pertinent information is captured and entered into ERP system
- →Interface with Operations to expedite and prioritize delivery scheduling of services
- →Interface with Customers, Sales, Operations and Shipping/Receiving to resolve issues and answer questions
- →Review and manage workflow schedules to proactively manage open orders
Requirements
- ✓Knowledge of Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
- ✓Ability to multitask effectively
- ✓Minimum High School diploma or equivalent
