About the Role
We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our team. This role focuses on translating business needs into clear specifications and coordinating feature delivery across teams.
Key Responsibilities
- →Engage proactively with Product Managers, Developers, and QA Engineers to identify, refine, and prioritize business needs
- →Translate functional requirements into clear and structured Functional Specifications, including use cases, workflows, and mockups
- →Coordinate feature delivery across teams — tracking progress, managing dependencies, and ensuring alignment of implementation with scope and standards
- →Evaluate information from multiple sources, analyze, test, prioritize and document functionality when necessary for the design work
- →Define test approaches and acceptance criteria in collaboration with QA Engineers; perform functional validation and acceptance of completed features
- →Communicate with Customers and Partners to clarify and elaborate optimal workflows and edge cases
- →Mentor and guide other analysts, supporting their growth and consistency in specification quality
