As a Corporate Paralegal, you’ll provide legal support and services to our product and business teams. You will review, interpret, and match legal requirements to business scenarios and effectively communicate these to internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating simple commercial agreements, requests for proposals, and other legal documents
• Provide legal administrative support and advice to Acumatica team members
• Manage the full contract lifecycle and legal documentation processes
• Support intellectual property and data privacy matters
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on project management and transactional tasks
