About the Role
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our People Operations team at Grab. This role focuses on hiring talent to support Grab's growth across Tech, Corporate Functions, and Business teams.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage the end-to-end candidate lifecycle, ensuring a positive experience from sourcing to offer closure
- →Partner with leaders to address hiring needs and develop strategic recruitment plans
- →Analyse data to create insights for informed hiring decisions
- →Navigate complex hiring situations and implement process improvements
- →Plan and implement campus hiring, employer branding, and recruitment marketing programs
- →Support seamless onboarding of new team members
