Key Responsibilities
- →Conduct global market research and participate in salary surveys to collect and analyze competitive salary data
- →Evaluate job positions to determine appropriate classification, salary grades, and FLSA status
- →Support the administration of core compensation processes, including annual salary reviews, merit increases, and bonus/incentive plan calculations
- →Monitor and ensure compliance with global, federal, state, and local labor laws related to compensation
- →Provide consultation to HR Business Partners, recruiters, and management on job offers, promotions, and compensation policies
- →Conduct complex statistical analysis and data mining to identify trends and opportunities
- →Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive reports and interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau
- →Evaluate and improve internal data handling systems and data acquisition processes
- →Provide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts
Requirements
- ✓Experience in compensation analysis and data modeling
- ✓Strong understanding of market research and salary surveys
