About the Role
Addepar is seeking an Enterprise SaaS Project Manager to build their Global Project Management practice in Edinburgh, Scotland. This strategic role will lead the implementation of Addepar’s Enterprise & Strategic clients, working with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead project teams through the full project lifecycle
- →Drive project management principles, methodologies, and tools
- →Establish and maintain relationships with executive sponsors and customers
- →Translate client requirements into detailed project plans
- →Manage scope, schedule, budget, and resources for sophisticated projects
- →Adapt business processes to meet international client needs
- →Partner with Solutions Architects and Consultants to execute project plans
- →Identify changes, propose updates, and drive mitigation plans
- →Lead Steering Committee meetings and handle challenging discussions
- →Document lessons learned and recommend process improvements
Requirements
- ✓Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, including 4 years of project management
- ✓Professional experience in enterprise-class SaaS software implementations
- ✓Experience with waterfall and agile methodologies
- ✓Proven leadership ability
- ✓Outstanding communication, organizational, and time-management skills
- ✓Prior external client-facing experience
- ✓Understanding of project commercials including SOWs, budgeting, and resourcing
- ✓Professional experience in Financial Services, Technology Implementations, or Consulting preferred
- ✓PMP certification preferred
- ✓Independent, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- ✓Some travel required
- ✓[Bonus] Experience with Salesforce/FinancialForce, Monday.Com, Jira, Confluence
- ✓[Bonus] Previous experience in investment management software implementations
