About the Role
We are looking for an Engineering Manager to join the Investor Solutions team at Addepar. This role involves leading a team of engineers and contributing to the development of the Navigator tool, a key component of Addepar's multi-product ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- →Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team of engineers
- →Translate business requirements into actionable technical roadmaps
- →Drive the team’s output by staying active in the codebase
- →Mentor junior and senior engineers
- →Develop and deliver novel solutions within a sophisticated domain area
- →Build within the primary Navigator application and other parts of Addepar's product ecosystem
Requirements
- ✓Extensive professional software engineering experience building web applications
- ✓Previous formal people management or successful team leadership experience
- ✓Proven ability to collaborate with and mentor other engineers
- ✓Strong, hands-on technical approach
- ✓Ability to drive delivery within predefined goal-setting and execution frameworks
- ✓Experience with React, Ember, Python, and Java
- ✓Exceptional at bridging the gap between technical details and business outcomes
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
