About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Solutions Consultant to join our growing team in Dubai. This role involves designing and implementing solutions for new clients, focusing on onboarding sophisticated investors and leveraging analytical skills to advise clients on financial instruments and assets.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead full-cycle implementation projects for new and existing clients across the EMEA market.
- →Manage data onboarding, portfolio setup, and system configuration with precision.
- →Coordinate with certified partners to deliver scalable implementations and ongoing enhancements.
- →Build trusted relationships with key client stakeholders and become a strategic partner.
- →Define and manage project expectations clearly across client and internal teams.
- →Serve as a subject-matter expert on Addepar’s platform and its application to wealth and investment management workflows.
- →Contribute to playbooks, tools, and delivery best practices adapted for the EMEA market.
- →Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Client Success.
Requirements
- ✓Previous experience in financial services, SaaS, consulting, or a related client-facing role.
- ✓Proven success in solution delivery, implementation, or client onboarding.
- ✓Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- ✓Highly organized, self-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment.
- ✓Familiarity with investment data, reporting, and portfolio workflows.
- ✓Comfortable collaborating across global teams and managing projects remotely.
- ✓Process-oriented with an eye toward continuous improvement.
- ✓Strong interpersonal skills to train and communicate effectively with clients.
- ✓Passion for technology and finance.
- ✓Willingness to travel occasionally for client onsites.
- ✓Basic scripting or programming knowledge (Python preferred) is an advantage.
