You’re curious about social media advertising, enjoy working with data, and are always looking for ways to improve campaign performance. You’re not afraid to test new ideas, learn from results, and contribute to impactful campaigns on a global scale. WHAT YOU’LL DO • Support the execution of paid social campaigns across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and other emerging channels • Assist in testing different audiences, creatives, and campaign types to identify what performs best • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and contribute insights for ongoing optimization • Collaborate with team members to implement campaign strategies and improve results • Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates, and new advertising formats • Contribute to creative testing and help improve engagement and ROI WHAT WE EXPECT • At least 1 year of hands-on experience managing Paid Social campaigns • Basic understanding of major social media advertising platforms (Meta, TikTok, etc.) • Analytical mindset with familiarity in key PPC metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, etc.) • Strong willingness to learn, experiment, and grow in performance marketing • Good communication and teamwork skills • Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented approach to work • Fluent in English, both written and verbal WHAT YOU GET • Health & Well-being – Private health insurance with mental health coverage (including psychotherapy sessions), in-house physiotherapy, and access to premium wellness apps and fitness resources • Time to Recharge – Paid sick days and extra vacation days that grow the longer you’re with us • Continuous Growth – Deep focus on individual progress, backed by the 70/20/10 development model and a variety of L&D initiatives that help boost performance all year round.
