Junior / Talent Acquisition Specialist at Adventus

About the Role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Adventus, an ICT Solutions and Services Provider. This role involves managing the end-to-end talent acquisition process and ensuring successful hires.

Key Responsibilities

• →In charge of the end-to-end process of talent acquisition activities, from job requisition / intake meetings with hiring managers to pre-onboarding
• →Proactively source and identify potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry events.
• →Utilize advanced search techniques and tools to build a strong talent pipeline of candidates
• →Conduct qualifying phone screens and interviews to evaluate candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural alignment.
• →Partner with key stakeholders and hiring managers to understand and clarify talent needs and expectations
• →Provide insights and recommendations on candidate profiles, market trends, and best practices to ensure successful hires.
• →Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the interview process by maintaining clear communication and timely feedback.
• →Extend job offers to shortlisted candidates, negotiate compensation packages, and address any concerns or questions.
• →Collaborate with various organizations including tertiary institutions for recruitment events, internship and talent pipelining
• →Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• →Perform any other ad-hoc duties as required
