About the Role
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join the Baltic Talent Acquisition team at SEB banka in Latvia. This role involves attracting and hiring professionals across Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania, working closely with hiring managers and HR colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
- βPartner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define recruitment plans
- βSource potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals
- βManage end-to-end recruitment processes, including screening, candidate assessment, interview coordination, candidate tracking, and offer negotiations
- βBuild and maintain strong talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs
- βStay up to date with labour market trends and talent acquisition best practices
- βCollaborate with colleagues to enhance candidate experience and contribute to employer branding initiatives
Requirements
- βA Bachelorβs degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
- βProven experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner or in a similar recruitment role
- βExperience using personality or psychometric assessments as part of the recruitment process
- βSolid understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes and best practices
- βExperience with a variety of sourcing methods and recruitment tools
- βStrong communication skills in English and Latvian
- βThe ability to prioritize, manage multiple recruitments, and work effectively both independently and in a team
