About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and adaptable Account Manager to join our team at Adyen in Sydney. The ideal candidate will manage relationships with innovative international merchants, focusing on delivering outstanding customer experiences and driving mutual success.
Key Responsibilities
- →Work closely with other Account Managers on various accounts across different industries
- →Ramp and grow customers with a focus on commercial growth, customer satisfaction, and reducing churn
- →Drive commercial discussions for joint accounts while meeting strategic and financial targets
- →Prioritize and manage short and long-term projects across multiple accounts
- →Analyze data and engage in technical discussions about payments
Requirements
- ✓1-3 years of full-time work experience in a client-facing, commercial role
- ✓Experience in account management, consulting, or the payments industry
- ✓Strong communication and time management skills
- ✓Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
