About the Role
We are looking for an Account Manager, Enterprise to join our team at Adyen in Prague. This role is critical to the growth and success of our business, focusing on managing relationships with innovative international merchants across multiple industries and channels.
Key Responsibilities
- →Build strong customer relationships and navigate their organizations to align stakeholders
- →Drive commercial discussions with customers while meeting strategic and financial targets
- →Act as a trusted partner, delivering payments insights and guidance to customers
- →Prioritize and execute on short and long term projects across multiple accounts
- →Serve as a feedback loop, representing customer needs internally
Requirements
- ✓At least 4 years of relevant experience in a client-facing, commercial role
- ✓Full professional written and verbal proficiency in English and Czech
- ✓Experience in account management, consulting, or the payments industry
- ✓Ability to engage others and develop strong working relationships
- ✓Passion for leading strategic payments conversations and presenting business reviews
- ✓Skilled in leveraging business acumen and analytical abilities to help reach client goals
- ✓Comfortable synthesizing complex data sets and using data to tell a story
- ✓Excited to prioritize and manage multiple projects across different departments
