About the Role
We are looking for a Product Manager to join our Global Payments team at Adyen in Bengaluru. This role involves identifying and scoping new product opportunities for payment acceptance in India, optimizing payment performance, and adding new payment features for various use cases. The Product Manager will contribute to our growth by leading product development from concept to launch and post-launch success.

Requirements
- ✓At least 5 years in product management, ideally within the payments ecosystem
- ✓Strong product sense to tackle diverse problems with a focus on value, impact, and execution
- ✓Skilled in listening to customers, engineers, and partners to identify problems
- ✓Experience in structuring, delivering, and communicating project plans within cross-functional teams
- ✓Experience seeing projects through from beginning to end, owning the entire process
- ✓Exceptional people skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships
- ✓Strong verbal and written communication skills
