About the Role
We are looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to support executive and senior leadership hiring across North America at Adyen. This role is critical to delivering a seamless, high-touch candidate experience while enabling executive recruiters and senior stakeholders to operate efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- →Deliver a best-in-class, high-touch experience for leadership candidates and senior stakeholders
- →Coordinate complex, multi-time zone interview schedules with global executives — including in-person and virtual interviews, search kickoffs, and debrief sessions
- →Act as a trusted partner to executive recruiters, anticipating scheduling challenges and mitigating risks before they impact candidates
- →Drive improvements to candidate experience and recruiting operations to support Adyen’s continued growth
- →Coordinate occasional candidate travel and host candidates for office visits
Requirements
- ✓2+ years of experience in a scheduling role, preferably in a recruiting or talent acquisition environment
- ✓Passionate about delivering exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences
- ✓Excellent communication skills, especially a knack for writing friendly, informative emails that build rapport and convey information clearly
- ✓Proactive and resourceful in ambiguous situations — able to quickly identify issues and generate solutions
- ✓High level of integrity and trustworthiness, maintaining candidate confidentiality and privacy
- ✓Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with consistent follow-through
