About the Role
We are looking for a Business Data Analyst to join our team at Adyen. This role focuses on driving commercial performance insights in the North America region, ensuring regional leadership has clear visibility into the health of the commercial engine and access to actionable, structured recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
- →Deliver performance insights for QBRs, MBRs, and ad-hoc forums
- →Partner with regional leaders to define, track, and review commercial goals
- →Analyze full-funnel commercial performance to identify trends, risks, and drivers of growth
- →Apply global KPI definitions, templates, and data cuts consistently
- →Support cross-regional or global initiatives led by Revenue Operations
- →Build trusted relationships with commercial leaders and cross-functional partners
Requirements
- ✓6+ years of experience in a business analyst, commercial analyst, or strategy consulting role
- ✓Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- ✓Ability to translate business problems into structured analytical questions
- ✓Comfortable working independently with stakeholders
- ✓Familiarity with SQL and BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI
- ✓Strong prioritization skills to balance daily requests with broader regional performance needs
- ✓Collaborative and proactive, sharing knowledge, seeking feedback
- ✓Availability to travel (only when needed and aligned with team lead)
