About the Role
Adyen is seeking a passionate Senior Product Manager to scale their Payments proposition, focusing on alternative payments like wallets and banking methods across North America. This role involves building emerging payment technology and improving existing payment methods.
Key Responsibilities
- →Shape the strategy by contributing to the multi-year product vision and roadmap for a key strategic pillar within Payments.
- →Own end-to-end product development by identifying impactful problems, defining solutions, and driving them from idea to launch and iteration.
- →Drive discovery through collaboration by engaging with merchants, engineers, and partners to uncover opportunities.
- →Stakeholder Leadership by acting as the internal champion for your product area and collaborating across teams.
- →Leverage data to inform decisions by working with the Data team to build visibility into adoption, performance, and impact.
- →Scale products through influence by collaborating with product partnerships and commercial teams.
- →Represent your product internally and externally by acting as the advocate for your product area.
Requirements
- ✓Minimum of 5 years of working experience in product management.
- ✓Strong customer understanding and customer-centric approach.
- ✓Proven experience in developing multi-year product strategies and translating them into clear, prioritized roadmaps.
- ✓Ability to build products for the long run and true scale.
- ✓Adaptability and creativity to navigate changing plans and conditions.
- ✓Ability to extract the ‘bigger picture’ from complex situations and balance short-term versus long-term business needs.
- ✓Data-driven focus with strong analytical and results-oriented mindset.
