About the Role
We are seeking a proactive, strategic, and result-driven Strategic Growth Manager to join Adyen’s Strategic Growth team. This role focuses on retaining and expanding revenue within Adyen’s existing strategic merchant base, working closely with the Account Management team globally.
Key Responsibilities
- →Drive strategic commercial deals aimed at growing or retaining revenue within Adyen’s existing merchant base globally
- →Contribute to high-priority and cross-functional strategic projects with a strong focus on commercial execution
- →Manage the commercial aspects of projects, ensuring they deliver meaningful outcomes that align with Adyen’s long-term growth objectives
Requirements
- ✓6-8 years of experience in business development, account management, or sales, particularly in a customer-facing or merchant-focused role
- ✓Adept at crafting long-term commercial strategies, especially in dynamic, competitive markets
- ✓Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to and negotiating with senior stakeholders
- ✓Strong problem-solving skills with analytical thinking to uncover opportunities and solve issues
- ✓Experience negotiating complex contracts and partnerships
