About the Role
We are looking for a Design Manager to oversee colocation and hyper-scale data center projects from site due diligence through construction administration. This hands-on, client-facing role offers opportunities to work with global teams on high-profile data center projects.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead data center due diligence and design teams to deliver projects that meet client requirements
- →Develop and enforce multi-site project and program management plans
- →Host and attend meetings with clients and external stakeholders
- →Proactively manage and communicate change throughout projects
- →Identify problems early and develop creative solutions
- →Communicate with stakeholders to provide project updates and resolve issues
- →Develop technical and financial proposals for data center design projects
- →Develop trusting relationships with client stakeholders
Requirements
