About the Role
We are expanding our Water Infrastructure team due to significant contract awards, bringing a secure 10-year pipeline of work. We are searching for a proven Design Manager to join the team.
Key Responsibilities
- →Utilise water infrastructure expertise, leadership, coordination and communication skills to successfully engage and guide project delivery teams, working closely with end clients and contractors.
- →Be responsible for overall design delivery, having the ultimate carriage on any design project decisions.
- →Ensure projects are delivered within the constraints of quality, time and budget.
- →Work collaboratively with leaders across our ANZ team for delivery of the projects, as well as assisting with project resourcing and business initiatives.
Requirements
- ✓Proven experience in water infrastructure design management.
- ✓Strong leadership, coordination and communication skills.
- ✓Ability to guide project delivery teams effectively.
- ✓Experience working with end clients and contractors.
- ✓Knowledge of quality, time and budget constraints in project delivery.
