Salary Range
$66,300 - $89,700 /year

Key Responsibilities
- →Lead and manage all aspects of project oversight, including planning, design coordination, construction oversight, and contract administration
- →Serve as the primary interface between site design and construction activities and AECOM leadership
- →Collaborate with program control functions, including schedule management, cost tracking, and progress reporting
- →Direct the preparation, review, and approval of project documentation, schedule updates, technical submittals, RFIs, change requests, and contract modifications
- →Ensure timely and accurate management of project correspondence, documentation, and reporting
- →Coordinate design review processes with AECOM discipline leads and engage with stakeholder coordination meetings
- →Monitor contractor performance, evaluate progress, and ensure adherence to contract specifications
- →Oversee the RFI, submittal, design bulletin, and plan revision processes
- →Manage change order evaluations, cost proposals, and negotiation processes
- →Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and constraints
- →Confirm Contractor’s compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations
- →Lead project closeout activities, including turnover documentation and final acceptance
- →Provide leadership, mentorship, and direction to Assistant PMs and technical support staff
- →Prepare and deliver project briefings, reports, and presentations
- →Foster a collaborative, solution-oriented environment that supports program goals
Requirements
- ✓Proven experience in project management for large-scale construction or federal programs
- ✓Strong understanding of contract administration, risk management, and regulatory compliance
- ✓Excellent leadership and communication skills
- ✓Ability to manage competing priorities and navigate complex technical requirements
- ✓Experience with project documentation, reporting, and stakeholder coordination
- ✓Knowledge of construction oversight, schedule management, and cost tracking
- ✓Experience with RFI processes, change orders, and contract modifications
- ✓Ability to lead project closeout activities and ensure final acceptance
- ✓Experience mentoring and directing project teams
- ✓Strong presentation and reporting skills
