Key Responsibilities
- →Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather, refine, and prioritize business requirements aligned with strategic objectives
- →Work closely with product owners, development teams, and designers to ensure clear understanding and implementation of business requirements
- →Analyze existing business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and propose innovative solutions
- →Create detailed documentation including process flows, user stories, and other artifacts to effectively communicate requirements and solution designs
- →Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, and distinguish user requests from underlying real needs
- →Contribute to the development and maintenance of BI dashboards and regular analytical reports using Apache Superset, and occasionally Power BI or Tableau
- →Create report prototypes and analytical visualizations independently when needed
- →Conduct demo sessions for stakeholders and prepare user documentation to facilitate adoption of delivered solutions
Requirements
- ✓Experience in business analysis and requirements gathering
- ✓Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- ✓Proficiency in business intelligence tools like Apache Superset, Power BI, and Tableau
- ✓Excellent communication and documentation skills
- ✓Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
