About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our Urbanism + Planning team in Dubai. This role involves overseeing pre-contract activities and operational project management to ensure seamless execution from initial planning through contract finalization.
Key Responsibilities
- βManage pre-contract activities including project scoping, feasibility analysis, and vendor evaluation
- βDevelop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including proposals, contracts, and operational procedures
- βConduct contract negotiations and reviews to protect organizational interests
- βIdentify, analyze, and mitigate project risks throughout all phases
- βCoordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to gather requirements
- βMonitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- βPrepare and present project status reports to senior management
- βManage project documentation systems and maintain organized records
- βFacilitate onboarding of new projects and transition from pre-contract to operational phases
- βAnalyze project performance data to identify improvement opportunities
Requirements
