About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Project Manager/Design Manager to join our dynamic team within a design consultancy framework. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in managing the design aspects of Architecture, Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP), and Structural Engineering projects.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage portfolio of clients with multiple projects
- →Deliver revenues assigned from specific clients through flawless execution of projects
- →Consistently deliver planned profit margins
- →Complete projects without write-downs or multiplier erosion
- →Manage projects involving RTF (Risk Triggering Factors)
- →Manage more complex clients and projects
- →Direct other Project Managers in recognizing risk and uncertainty
- →Direct staff to operate and minimize exposure to claims
- →Supervise and direct Project Managers with multiple projects
Requirements
- ✓Robust background in managing design aspects of Architecture, MEP, and Structural Engineering projects
- ✓Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- ✓Experience in internal coordination and design project management
- ✓Ability to develop and implement design strategies that align with project goals
- ✓Experience in overseeing the design process from concept to completion
- ✓Ability to establish and uphold design quality standards
- ✓Experience in managing project budgets and resources
- ✓Ability to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies
- ✓Experience in maintaining comprehensive project documentation
- ✓Adaptability to AECOM Project Delivery Procedures and standards
