Salary Range
$66,300 - $89,700 /year

Key Responsibilities
- →Lead task order proposal development and support Program Managers in project execution
- →Manage project teams (design, technical, and administrative staff) and oversee all project facets through subordinate managers and supervisors
- →Establish project-specific objectives, policies, and deliverables in partnership with Project Directors and Senior Managers
- →Monitor project financials, schedules, and quality standards; report performance metrics to senior leadership
- →Review and manage contracts, subcontracts, and subcontractor performance throughout project lifecycle
- →Coordinate design activities, resolve field-initiated questions, and facilitate design review meetings
- →Maintain client relationships and lead client discussions regarding project scope, terms, and progress
- →Administer projects from budgeting and procurement through contract closeout with significant profit/loss responsibility
- →Demonstrate proficiency in MS Office Suite, SharePoint, and remote collaboration tools (Teams, Zoom, etc.)
- →Manage services during construction, including RFI responses and submittal reviews
Requirements
- ✓Experience in managing complex DoD projects
- ✓Strong leadership and team management skills
- ✓Proficiency in MS Office Suite, SharePoint, Teams, and Zoom
- ✓Ability to establish project-specific objectives and policies
- ✓Experience in monitoring project financials, schedules, and quality standards
- ✓Knowledge of contract management and subcontractor performance
- ✓Excellent client relationship management skills
- ✓Experience in administering projects from budgeting to contract closeout
