About the Role

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our growing team working on large-scale hydroelectric and industrial projects. This role serves as the primary point of contact for clients and oversees all project delivery activities from planning through commissioning.

Key Responsibilities

→Lead and manage multidisciplinary engineering and project delivery teams
→Anticipate and resolve technical, project delivery, and client-related issues
→Define objectives, technical requirements, and structure for large-scale programs
→Ensure work follows company health and safety policies and quality systems
→Manage contractual obligations for engineering projects
→Stay current on industry standards, codes, and practices
→Oversee project management functions including schedule, budget, risk management
→Lead project meetings and ensure timely preparation of minutes
→Supervise disciplinary resources and contribute to deliverable preparation
→Monitor and control projects proactively, managing scope and changes
→Supervise preparation of deliverables for key project milestones
→Support commissioning, start-up, and project handover activities
→Mentor team members and identify high-potential talent
→Collaborate with sector and regional leaders on approval processes
→Work with clients to propose sustainable technical solutions
