About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our team at AECOM in Dublin. This role involves managing the entire project lifecycle for residential projects.
Key Responsibilities
- →Cover the whole project lifecycle from initial inception through design, procurement, site delivery, and commissioning
- →Work with other members of the project management team to successfully manage and deliver capital investment projects
- →Manage projects involving RTF (Risk Triggering Factors)
- →Act as the key day-to-day client interface ensuring that client objectives are met
- →Lead project management commissions taking overall responsibility for their successful delivery
- →Plan, direct, and supervise all operations included in moderately sized projects with moderate risk, complexity, and financial impact
- →Contribute to the overall operational running of the AECOM project management team
Requirements
- ✓Recent experience in project delivery of RIBA Stages 0 to 7 is required
- ✓Sector: Mixed use developments and Residential projects
