About the Role
AECOM’s Water Business Line is seeking a talented Water Conveyance Project Manager to join their team in the United States. This role will provide support to projects throughout the country and offers opportunities for career development within an established and successful group.
Key Responsibilities
- →Serve as technical lead for pipeline rehabilitation and design
- →Interface with clients and regulatory agencies
- →Collaborate with pipeline design experts to develop and review plans, specifications, and cost estimates
- →Conduct field inspections and pipeline condition assessments
- →Work on projects from planning through design and construction services
- →Provide technical guidance to project teams and mentor junior staff
- →Prepare engineering services proposals, fee estimates, and schedules
- →Stay current on industry trends and advancements
- →Participate in industry organizations and AECOM’s Technical Practice Network
Requirements
- ✓Experience in new pipeline design and installation
- ✓Knowledge of existing installations, failure and forensics analysis
- ✓Understanding of condition assessment and rehabilitation techniques
- ✓Familiarity with construction methods such as open-cut and trenchless techniques
- ✓Strong technical writing and documentation skills
- ✓Ability to travel throughout the United States
