About the Role
We are looking for an Engineering Manager - Tracks to provide end-to-end engineering oversight for high-speed rail infrastructure. This role involves establishing standards, ensuring system integration and safety compliance, and optimizing track performance.
Key Responsibilities
- →Provide expert leadership on permanent way matters for high-speed rail infrastructure
- →Develop and implement track asset management strategies aligned with operational requirements
- →Review and approve track design submissions and technical calculations
- →Ensure effective system integration with civil works, structures, and other systems
- →Oversee track construction and installation activities
- →Define maintenance regimes and inspection standards for high-speed track infrastructure
- →Ensure compliance with railway safety management systems and regulations
- →Monitor track performance indicators and implement corrective actions
- →Lead, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary team of track engineers
Requirements
- ✓Expertise in track engineering for high-speed rail infrastructure
- ✓Experience with asset management strategies and lifecycle cost optimization
- ✓Knowledge of international HSR norms (EN, UIC, ISO, AREMA)
- ✓Strong understanding of safety compliance and RAMS requirements
- ✓Experience with team leadership and technical mentoring
- ✓Ability to manage contracts and stakeholder relationships
- ✓Proficiency in technical standards and specifications development
