About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Water/Wastewater Project Manager to join our expanding water engineering practice in the Richmond, VA region. This role will be client-facing and involves managing and executing water/wastewater engineering projects across Virginia.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage, plan and lead engineering design projects for water/wastewater infrastructure systems
- →Support business development activities in the region
- →Manage portfolio of clients with multiple projects
- →Supervise mid to junior level engineers and project administration
- →Coordinate and complete projects on time within budget and scope
- →Develop estimates for engineering budget and schedule
- →Make decisions on project direction to satisfy client needs
- →Measure project performance using appropriate tools
- →Manage client and stakeholder relationships
- →Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- →Provide specialized technical input to studies and design
- →Oversee development of technical specification sections
Requirements
