About the Role

Aero is seeking an IT Support Technician to join our team in Van Nuys, CA. This part-time role will support our local team by ensuring smooth daily technical operations and seamless employee collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

→Provide frontline technical support for local employees, troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
→Administer user accounts and access rights within Google Workspace and other applications.
→Assist teammates with day-to-day questions involving collaboration tools (Google Suite, Slack, Zoom, etc.).
→Manage the full lifecycle of Apple hardware (Macbooks, iPads, and iPhones) using a Mobile Device Management platform (Mosyle).
→Execute device onboarding for new hires, ensuring laptops and iPads are wiped, updated, and configured with the correct profiles.
→Maintain accurate inventory data, including asset tagging, labeling, and auditing physical devices.
→Ensure all devices remain compliant with security policies and update schedules.

Requirements

✓2+ years of experience in an IT support or help desk role.
✓Experience with device management in a macOS/iOS environment is essential; familiarity with Mosyle or similar MDM tools is highly preferred.
✓Experience with Google Workspace tools is essential. Familiarity with Google Workspace administration is a plus.
✓Strong troubleshooting skills with a knack for problem resolution and root-cause analysis.
✓Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical teammates.
✓Organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing physical inventory and multitasking in a dynamic environment.
✓Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs (e.g., monitors, printers) and access cabling under desks.
