Key Responsibilities
- →Partner with compliance subject matter specialists to operationalize the Compliance Monitoring Program
- →Identify compliance concerns through monitoring and escalate to senior management
- →Remain abreast of current merchant programs, marketing, and product offers
- →Work with cross-functional partners to address identified concerns
- →Assist in ongoing reporting of monitoring results
- →Develop additional monitoring metrics as needed
- →Respond to merchant compliance questions and inquiries
- →Achieve monthly and quarterly monitoring goals independently and as part of a team
- →Support other key compliance and risk management projects
Requirements
- ✓2-3 years of professional work experience in Compliance, Enterprise or Operational Risk, or Audit
- ✓Inquisitive and proactive in proposing creative and effective solutions
- ✓Strong project management, critical thinking, analytical, and organizational skills
- ✓Interest in fintech and consumer finance
- ✓Excellent verbal and written communication skills
