About the Role

We are seeking a proven, hands-on leader to build and scale our Product Management and Business Analysis function from the ground up. This critical leadership role will define how we translate business needs into high-quality, actionable work at the intersection of product, engineering, and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• →Establish and lead the Product and Business Analysis organization, hiring, mentoring, and scaling a high-performing team
• →Design and enforce a company-wide, end-to-end requirements lifecycle from intake and discovery through BRD, Epics, Features, and User Stories
• →Own backlog governance and drive quality standards across all product and project teams
• →Act as the lead product owner across Agile teams, defining backlog priorities, sprint goals, and product readiness
• →Align platform strategy with project-specific delivery to reduce rework and maximize reusability
• →Partner with Engineering and PMO to deliver predictability, transparency, and velocity across all workstreams
• →Serve as the primary product authority to executive stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of roadmap, scope, and delivery expectations
