About the Role
We are looking for a Program Manager to lead enterprise-scale execution of the DISA Cloud-Based Internet Isolation (CBII) Managed Service supporting Department of Defense users worldwide. This role involves planning and leading major technology assignments in cloud security, cybersecurity engineering, and managed service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- βServe as the senior leader responsible for day-to-day management of the DISA CBII managed service contract
- βAnalyze new and complex project-related challenges and develop innovative solutions
- βOrganize, direct, and coordinate the planning and execution of all program activities
- βWork directly with Government sponsors and stakeholders to define and execute project charters
- βDevelop and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule and detailed Work Breakdown Structure
- βManage project scope by ensuring all changes are documented and formally approved
- βTrack, analyze, and report on project milestones and service-level performance metrics
- βLead contract financial oversight including burn rate monitoring and funding alignment
- βEvaluate performance results and recommend corrective actions or strategic adjustments
- βIdentify, quantify, and mitigate risks across technical, operational, and financial domains
- βOversee cybersecurity engineering and Risk Management Framework activities
- βEnsure timely vulnerability remediation and patch management
- βProvide senior-level technical oversight for integration with DISA Joint Infrastructure security stack tools
- βSupervise, lead, coach, and motivate cross-functional teams
- βAllocate resources effectively across concurrent workstreams
- βEnsure 24x7x365 operational service management
- βLead continuous service improvement initiatives
Requirements
- βActive DoD 8570/8140 baseline certification (IAT Level II minimum; IAM preferred)
- βMust maintain Computing Environment (CE) certification as required
- βBachelorβs degree in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- β8+ years of experience in a relevant IT engineering mission area
- βExperience leading major technology assignments involving enterprise cloud, cybersecurity, or managed service delivery
- βDemonstrated experience supervising technical personnel across multiple task areas
- βExperience managing complex DoD programs involving finance, scheduling, compliance, and stakeholder governance
- βComprehensive knowledge of enterprise IT architecture, DODIN operations, and DISA service frameworks
- βExperience managing programs requiring RMF authorization, continuous monitoring, and cybersecurity accreditation
- βDemonstrated ability to resolve complex cross-functional issues and drive innovative technical solutions
- βStrong executive briefing and stakeholder communication capability
