About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Learning & Development Partner to design, deliver, and optimize learning experiences that strengthen our culture of continuous development. This role involves shaping learning strategies, building meaningful solutions, and supporting our transformation toward a more AI-enabled workforce.
Key Responsibilities
- →Build and develop learning strategies aligned with organizational goals
- →Design and deliver organizational, departmental, and role-specific L&D programs
- →Partner with People Ops team members, AI Operations, and business leaders to identify skill gaps and development priorities
- →Create, curate, and manage learning content, tools, and platforms
- →Design and facilitate AI-focused learning initiatives to support AI transformation
- →Help employees understand, adopt, and responsibly apply AI in their roles
- →Facilitate engaging workshops, trainings, and learning sessions across various topics
- →Develop soft skills and leadership programs
- →Define key metrics for program success and present impact reports to leadership
- →Evaluate program impact using data, feedback, and performance metrics
- →Support change management initiatives related to learning and organizational development
- →Champion a culture of learning and embed growth mindsets across the organization
Requirements
- ✓4–6 years in Learning & Development or Organizational Development with proven success in designing and delivering learning programs
- ✓Strong foundation in applying learning and development throughout the employee life-cycle
- ✓Proven experience creating and implementing digital trainings
- ✓Demonstrated ability to champion a culture of learning and continuous improvement
- ✓High comfort level using, teaching, and advocating for AI tools and technologies
- ✓Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- ✓Ability to partner cross-functionally and influence without authority
- ✓Ability to adapt communication and training approaches to different audiences
- ✓Flexible and creative in solving development challenges
- ✓Strong organizational and execution skills with ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
