About the Role
We are looking for a Product Manager – AI Solutions to join Agiloft, a global leader in data-first contract lifecycle management (CLM) software. This role will own the vision, strategy, and execution of AI-powered contract intelligence capabilities that transform how customers review, negotiate, and manage contractual obligations.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own and evolve the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-powered contract intelligence and obligations management.
- →Drive measurable adoption, engagement, and value realization across AI solutions.
- →Define, monitor, and act on product success metrics and usage data.
- →Lead cross-functional execution with Engineering, UX, Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
- →Develop and execute deprecation and sunset strategies for legacy capabilities.
- →Identify and prioritize high-impact AI opportunities across the contract lifecycle.
- →Ensure AI solutions are trustworthy, explainable, and aligned with enterprise customer needs.
- →Represent AI solutions in executive discussions and strategic planning.
- →Mentor and guide other product managers and contribute to product best practices.
- →Act as a thought leader and evangelist for Agiloft’s AI strategy internally and externally.
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of product management experience in enterprise B2B SaaS.
- ✓Proven track record of owning complex product areas end to end.
- ✓Demonstrated success delivering AI-powered products with strong adoption.
- ✓Deep experience defining and driving usage-based and outcome-based metrics.
- ✓Experience leading cross-functional teams without direct authority.
- ✓Strong strategic thinking paired with execution discipline.
- ✓Excellent communication and executive-level stakeholder management skills.
