Our overarching mission is to accelerate the mass-market global adoption of consumer biotech products so every human can live at least 100 healthy years.
Our immediate focus is excess bodyweight. We are accelerating the global take-up of GLP-1 medications by increasing their accessibility to help solve obesity worldwide.
To do that, we’re building an AI-powered clinical operating system: ClinicOS. ClinicOS makes it effortless for consumer brands to easily offer direct-to-patient healthcare, globally. We work with external Brand Partners, as well as using this infrastructure to scale our own internal consumer healthcare brands.
Since we launched Fella Health in the US in June 2021, Fella has positioned itself as no-nonsense weight loss for busy bigger guys. Today, we operate multiple brands across the US & UK — our two biggest are Fella Health (US & UK) and Bolt Pharmacy (UK).
Our infrastructure will have served 100 million patients worldwide by 2035. We’ll then use that direct-to-patient infrastructure to serve next-gen biotech products at-scale to increase the proportion of humans living at least 100 healthy years.
In so doing, we’ll become the world’s first trillion dollar healthcare company.

BEING A GRAPHIC DESIGNER AT AIOS MEDICAL
Aios Medical is building a world-class team.
As a DTC Graphic Designer at Aios Medical, you’ll collaborate closely with our Creative Lead to design visually compelling and high-converting static ads for our direct-to-consumer campaigns.
You’ll begin by reviewing our existing creative library to understand which static ads have performed best, analyzing key design elements, and identifying opportunities to optimize and elevate overall visual performance.
Over time, you’ll take full ownership of designing high-performing static ads across multiple platforms, including Meta, TikTok, Google, and others, continuously testing new ideas, analyzing results, and iterating based on data to improve performance.
To stay ahead of the curve, you’ll also leverage AI tools to enhance design quality, accelerate creative production, and explore new visual directions that push the boundaries of performance marketing design.
This is a full-time, fully remote role.
You’ll report directly to the Creative Lead (Andre Andrade) while collaborating closely with the Head of Growth (Dave Lane) to ensure your designs align with broader marketing strategies and growth goals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
FROM DAY ONE
- Static Ads:Take ownership of creating and finalizing static ads across campaigns, ensuring visually stunning, high-performing outputs that align with brand standards and marketing goals.
- Ad Copy Creation: Write clear, engaging, and conversion-focused ad copy to accompany your designs, using AI tools to assist with ideation, variation testing, and optimization.
- Data-Driven Design:Analyze the performance of visual and textual content across platforms, using metrics to measure engagement, conversion, and ROI. Translate insights into actionable creative improvements.
- Test & Iterate: Conduct A/B tests on visuals, layouts, and copy combinations to identify what drives the best performance. Apply learnings to continuously optimize future designs.
- Leverage AI Tools: Use AI-powered design and copywriting tools to streamline workflows, accelerate production, and enhance both the creative quality and output volume.
- Collaborate: Partner closely with internal teams to ensure all creatives — visuals and copy — align with campaign objectives, growth strategy, and brand messaging. Contribute ideas and feedback to elevate overall creative quality.

- Stay ahead of creative and platform trends, experimenting with new visual styles, messaging angles, and formats to engage our audience more effectively.
- Be an early adopter of emerging AI and design technologies that keep Aios Medical at the forefront of DTC creative innovation.
NEED TO HAVE
- DTC design expertise: 2+ years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing static ads and experience working with DTC brands.
- Paid social focus:Deep understanding of direct-response design and messaging, with hands-on experience creating high-converting ads for Meta and other paid platforms.
- Software proficiency:Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.), plus a strong grasp of typography, color theory, layout design, and copy-visual integration.
- AI-enhanced workflow: Confident in using AI tools for both design and copywriting — leveraging them to ideate, iterate, and enhance creative output.
- Data-driven mindset:Skilled at analyzing ad performance data, running A/B tests, and applying insights to refine both visuals and messaging.
- Entrepreneurial drive:Creative, organized, detail-oriented, and proactive — a strong communicator who’s excited to build, learn, and create meaningful impact.
NICE TO HAVE
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Industry experience: Previous experience working in a healthcare company.
- AI curiosity: Passion for exploring new AI designS and tools to push the limits of performance-driven creative.

- Compensation: $25k - $32k/yr total comp (salary + equity)
