About the Role
We are looking for a motivated IT Support & Systems Analyst to join our team. This role focuses on strengthening IT systems and cybersecurity practices, working closely with leadership to improve digital operations.
Key Responsibilities
- →Analyze current IT systems and identify areas for improvement
- →Troubleshoot day-to-day IT issues to maintain team productivity
- →Strengthen cybersecurity practices and manage user permissions
- →Support and improve data backup and recovery processes
- →Review and optimize Transportation Management System (TMS) usage
- →Evaluate and enhance Front for email and communication management
- →Identify and implement system integrations to reduce manual work
- →Document processes and create clear SOPs
- →Introduce innovative digital and AI-driven solutions
- →Streamline communication and eliminate inefficiencies
Requirements
- ✓Recently graduated from Information Technology, Computer Science, or Network Administration program
- ✓1-2 years of experience in IT support or systems role
- ✓Experience with in-office IT support in Windows environment
- ✓Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and basic user/group administration
- ✓Understanding of user access controls and basic cybersecurity practices
- ✓Familiarity with system backups and recovery concepts
- ✓Ability to document procedures and contribute to process improvements
- ✓Strong communication skills and customer-focused approach
- ✓Genuine interest in cybersecurity, systems management, and continuous improvement
- ✓Responsible with initiative to fix problems
- ✓Comfortable communicating with all company levels
- ✓Positive attitude and willingness to learn
