About the Role
We are seeking a world-class Business Systems Engineer to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for providing quick solutions utilizing internal tools and agentic AI to support and assist teams in enhancing their day-to-day workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage product feature lifecycles, responding to production support issues and handling change requests
- →Engage directly with business partners to define and agree upon necessary changes
- →Optimize and enhance team platforms, seeking opportunities for process improvement and automation
- →Take ownership of system or tool changes, including configuration updates and building solutions
- →Translate cross-functional team needs into effective platform solutions
- →Operate with minimal supervision, creating critical deliverables like process flows and project plans
- →Manage and prioritize tasks based on deadlines, documenting delivery risks
Requirements
- ✓6+ years of professional experience with enterprise-grade systems implementations or IT consulting
- ✓Proven experience with Agentic AI workflows and platforms
- ✓Experience designing and implementing custom business solutions using enterprise platforms
- ✓Knowledge of data modeling, business intelligence tools, and enterprise reporting best practices
- ✓Skilled at stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration in global organizations
- ✓Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- ✓Proficient in designing and implementing data management strategies
- ✓Experience with productivity tools like Google Workspace, JIRA, Asana, and Slack
