About the Role

Join the Global Operations Training team at Airbnb to develop engaging instructional materials and support frontline teams. This role focuses on creating content for Community Support, AirCover, and Trust teams, with a mission to empower employees through continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities

→Design and develop engaging instructional materials using various delivery methods and content authoring tools
→Conduct needs assessments with subject matter experts to identify performance gaps and learning objectives
→Apply learning science and instructional design models to create effective learning solutions
→Test and troubleshoot content for cross-platform compatibility and LMS compliance
→Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and feedback loops

Requirements

✓5+ years experience as an instructional designer or developer in a business context
✓2+ years experience leading peers on complex instructional design projects
✓Exceptional written and oral communication skills
✓Ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines
✓Self-motivated with excellent time management and problem-solving skills
✓Strong collaboration skills for working with global teams
