Within Aircall, we are launching a specialized New Product Unit to build the future of autonomous sales. We are improving the AI Orchestration Layer—a system that records and understands every customer interaction (calls, video, email, WhatsApp) to autonomously execute sales workflows: CRM updates, follow-ups, task creation, and coaching insights.Our long-term vision is to evolve this into a self-improving, agentic Sales OS—where specialized AI agents collaborate, coordinate, and continuously optimize the revenue process.
The Role
We are looking for a strong Senior Frontend Engineer who wants to go beyond traditional frontend development. This role is for someone ambitious—someone who cares deeply about building things well but knows how to move fast. You understand how to balance clean architecture with pragmatism, and perfection with progress.
You will be building the intelligence layer of a future autonomous Sales OS.
What You'll Do:

Design & Implement: Build production-grade web services with clean architecture and strong engineering discipline using NextJS.
•
Architect for Scale: Utilize Domain-Driven Design (DDD) principles to build scalable frontend systems.
•
Seamless Integration: Connect with external SaaS systems (CRMs, dialers, meeting tools, OAuth providers) to create a unified Sales OS.
•
Optimize Performance: Focus on latency, cost, and reliability to ensure a seamless experience for high-performing revenue teams.
•
AI-Augmented Workflows: Effectively use AI coding assistants and experiment with AI-augmented development to push the boundaries of what a small, elite team can ship.
What We’re Looking For:
• 7+ years of strong frontend engineering experience.
• Advanced React & NextJS expertise (async, typing, architecture patterns, testing).
• Solid Understanding of software architecture and clean code principles.
• Tech Stack Familiarity: Experience with Tailwind CSS and monitoring tools like DataDog/Sentry.
• Experience with GCP (preferred) or AWS.
• You are excited about building systems that reason and act, not just respond. You thrive in a fast-paced environment where ownership is real.
• Fluency in English is required; Spanish is a plus.
