About the Role

We are looking for an IT Operations Manager to join Aircall, an AI-powered customer communications platform. This role involves managing IT operations across multiple office locations and leading IT staff to support the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities

→Envision and execute IT strategy to support Aircall’s next level of growth
→Manage, mentor, and scale IT staff across New York, Paris, San Francisco, and Seattle
→Oversee and optimize the global support ticket process
→Design and manage scalable onboarding and offboarding workflows
→Procure, configure, and distribute hardware to a global workforce
→Establish relationships with Procurement, Finance, and Infrastructure Security teams
→Collaborate with external vendors to procure IT solutions
→Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for IT processes

Requirements

✓Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
✓Minimum of 5 years of experience managing and scaling IT operations and teams
✓Strong technical expertise in IT security
✓Experience with Google Workspace, Okta, Jira, and Zoom
✓Proven experience in optimizing IT processes and managing IT support teams
✓Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
✓Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
