About the Role

We are looking for a VP of Revenue Operations to join our team at Aircall. This role is responsible for aligning Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success into a single, high-performance system, ensuring predictable growth and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

→Strategic Planning & Operating Model: Lead annual and quarterly revenue planning, including forecasting, territory design, quota setting, and market segmentation.
→Process Optimization: Architect the full Go-To-Market (GTM) process, from top-of-funnel lead management to bottom-of-funnel renewals and expansion.
→Revenue Intelligence & performance tracking: Implement AI-powered forecasting and predictive analytics to proactively identify pipeline risks and expansion opportunities.
→Incentive Design: Design and govern sales compensation plans to drive desired behaviors and financial responsibility.
→Tech Stack Governance: Own the GTM tech stack strategy and decisions, in partnership with GTM Systems

Requirements

✓Experience: 10–15+ years in RevOps, Sales Ops, or GTM leadership within a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
✓Strategic Leadership: Proven ability to influence cross-functional executives and lead without direct authority across disparate departments.
✓Technology Mastery: Hands-on experience with modern GTM stacks, including Salesforce, HubSpot and AI-driven automation platforms.
