About the Role
The Treasury Manager plays a critical role in supporting the organization’s cash management, banking operations, and liquidity planning activities. This position is responsible for monitoring daily cash activity, maintaining bank accounts, and supporting cash flow forecasting.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage daily cash processes, including monitoring cash balances, fund movements, wires, ACH transactions, and daily cash positioning across corporate and property/partnership accounts (approximately 300 accounts).
- →Establish, maintain, and administer corporate and property/partnership bank accounts, including documentation and system setup.
- →Support and review monthly and quarterly treasury reporting, cash flow projections, and bank compliance activities.
- →Optimize bank account structures, including interest-bearing accounts, sweeps, and liquidity solutions.
- →Maintain effective working relationships with banking partners and internal stakeholders.
- →Identify process inefficiencies and collaborate on process improvement and automation initiatives.
- →Assist with special projects related to treasury operations, systems, and cash optimization.
- →Support compliance with internal controls, treasury policies, and regulatory requirements.
