About the Role

We are looking for a data-driven marketing operations leader to build the analytics foundation that powers our go-to-market strategy. As our Marketing Operations and Analytics Manager, you'll own the systems, frameworks, and insights that help marketing understand what's working, where to invest, and how to optimize performance across the entire funnel.

Key Responsibilities

• →Build and maintain executive-level dashboards and reporting frameworks that surface leading and lagging indicators
• →Translate data into clear insights and recommendations that improve marketing efficiency and go-to-market strategy
• →Design, build, and own a multi-touch attribution framework across the entire customer journey
• →Own the marketing technology stack strategy and optimization
• →Build operational excellence within the marketing organization through process documentation
