About the Role
We are looking for a Lead Solutions Consultant to join Airtable, the no-code app platform empowering organizations to transform how work gets done. You will leverage your professional tenure and technical expertise to guide prospective customers through their Airtable evaluation and expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- →Collaborate with Pre Sales teams to identify and drive revenue opportunities at Enterprise accounts
- →Build meaningful relationships with and serve as a trusted advisor to technical teams
- →Own the technical evaluation process showcasing customer-centric value
- →Translate the value of Airtable’s tooling into the language of the customer
- →Manage multiple sales cycles simultaneously
- →Consult with credibility, bringing a well-rounded perspective with hands-on cross-functional experience
- →Inform the product team and product roadmap with market potential findings
- →Represent Airtable in every engagement with the utmost care
Requirements
- ✓Bilingual: Fluent in both English and French
- ✓7+ years of experience in SaaS Pre Sales
- ✓10+ years industry experience
- ✓Experience managing sales cycles and owning technical evaluation
- ✓Working knowledge of Marketing, Product Operations, Retail MGMT, and other Business Units
- ✓Knowledge of business operations and value drivers for various personas and industries
- ✓Understanding of relational database structure and database architecture
- ✓Passion for creating unique solutions for complex business problems
- ✓Strong communication and presentation skills
- ✓Technically savvy with deep understanding of enterprise integration methodologies and API architecture
- ✓Low code no code application experience throughout the customer life cycle
- ✓Knowledge of complementary technologies including data warehousing and AI systems
- ✓BS/BA, MBA preferred or equivalent experience
- ✓Airtable knowledge or certification preferred
- ✓Travel as needed - seasonality peaks at 40-50%
