About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to join our growing team at Airtable. As a TAM, you will leverage your technical and product expertise to help our most strategic customers maximize their value from Airtable. You will work cross-functionally with Customer Success, Sales, and Services teams to guide implementation, solution design, and long-term adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- →Serve as a dedicated technical advisor to a portfolio of strategic customers, supporting their Airtable implementations
- →Build deep understanding of customer workflows and connected systems to design tailored Airtable solutions
- →Lead implementation reviews, base audits, and adoption planning conversations
- →Deliver ongoing technical support for critical customer moments
- →Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Support to surface customer trends and unblock technical challenges
- →Help customers harness the full power of Airtable as an AI-native platform
- →Contribute to internal playbooks and processes to scale a high-impact Premium Support experience
- →Participate in onboarding and enablement for newly signed Premium Support customers
Requirements
- ✓3 to 6 years of experience in technical account management, technical consulting, or pre-sales solution architecture at a SaaS company
- ✓Strong systems thinking and experience designing structured solutions
- ✓Solid grasp of data modeling, solution design, and cross-platform architecture
- ✓Experience working with APIs, webhooks, automations, and basic scripting
- ✓Experience helping customers embed AI-driven workflows into their business processes
- ✓Effective collaboration with Sales, Success, Product, and Engineering teams
- ✓Strong communication skills to guide discussions with both technical builders and executive sponsors
- ✓Consultative, proactive mindset with a balance of strategic guidance and hands-on problem-solving
