About the Role
We are looking for an Account Manager to join our SME & Growth team at Airwallex in Hong Kong. This role focuses on unlocking revenue opportunities within existing SME customer portfolios and maximizing client lifetime value.
Key Responsibilities
- →Identify and execute upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities across Airwallex’s product suite
- →Build deep relationships with SME customers, including C-level stakeholders, to design value-based solutions
- →Monitor client and transaction data to spot usage patterns and convert them into qualified opportunities
- →Execute rapid outreach to key decision-makers via phone, WhatsApp, and email
- →Own a data-driven pipeline in Salesforce, including forecasting and conversion metrics
- →Collaborate with internal stakeholders to solve complex client problems and influence the product roadmap
- →Advocate for Airwallex by educating customers on how to maximize their use of our services
Requirements
- ✓At least 3+ years of B2B experience managing and growing technology or fintech relationships with SME accounts
- ✓Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Cantonese and English
- ✓Prior experience with complex sales cycles and selling to senior stakeholders
- ✓Proven track record of delivering against KPIs and revenue targets
- ✓Strong relationship-building and analytical skills
- ✓Comfortable interpreting data and usage trends to derive actionable insights
