About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Support Representative to join Airwallex's Operations team and serve our US customer base, specializing in payments and physical card operations. This role requires proactive, high-energy individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own the full lifecycle of support issues raised by high-value customers
- →Troubleshoot and resolve complex customer inquiries with effective problem-solving skills
- →Coordinate with cross-functional teams for incident communication and resolution

Requirements
